Warranty Information BENCH-SOURCE
warrants our Scope Bases against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the base. This warranty does not
cover normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse or modifications of any kind. We will provide a full replacement to the
end user of the base if returned to BENCH-SOURCE and deemed by us to be defective.
All shipping costs must be paid by the Customer
both to BENCH-SOURCE and return freight to the Customer if not deemed defective
by us. If we agree that a flaw or physical characteristics such as fit, function or material was/is unsuitable
for use when shipped from our factory, we will pay return shipping costs to the Customer via our best
shipment method at that time.
No product sould be returned to BENCH-SOURCE
without first contacting us by phone and obtaining a Return Material Authorization tracking number.
BENCH-SOURCE will not be responsible for items shipped to us without first obtaining this RMA
and will be returned by us freight collect to the owner.
